Join us on Wednesday, May 17th, 2017 when we head on down to Springfield, IL to advocate for people with epilepsy. We will be meeting with our State Representatives and Senators to address the need for programs and services to be provided to people with epilepsy, which are at risk to to the potential upcoming budget cuts. Our State Legislators need to know how much we need their support!
At 10:30 am we will meet at the Capitol Rotunda for a group photo and at 11:00 am we will meet at the Capitol’s Stratton Cafeteria. We will be loading the bus at 5:45 am on May 17th at the EFGC office at 17 N. State St., Chicago, IL, 60602, with a second pick up option at the Hinsdale Oasis at 5800 Tri-State Tollway, Hinsdale, IL, 60521 at 6:30 am. RSVP is required for transportation – we have 55 seats.

There is also an Advocacy Day Training that will be given online or in person at the EFGC office (17 N. State St., Suite 650, Chicago, IL, 60602) on May 2nd from 6:00-7:30 pm. Join us to learn how to effectively communicate with representatives about the complex issues surrounding epilepsy care.
