Support groups provide a safe space where those living with epilepsy can come together to share comfort, encouragement, advice and guidance in facing challenges and common experiences.

Meets weekly on Tuesday from 1:00-2:00pm and on Thursday from 11:00 am -12:00 pm
Wellness for Women/Gender Expansive Support Group
Meets weekly on Tuesdays from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm.
Coffee Hour for Men/Gender Expansive
Meets weekly on Tuesdays from
10:30 am – 12:00 pm.
Virtual Teen
Support Group
Meets on the last Saturday of each month from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm.
Spanish Caregiver
Support Group
Meets on the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 – 11:00 am.
Caregiver Education Support Group
Meets on the third Tuesday from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.
