Epilepsy Fall Fest 5K – Chicago’s Montrose Harbor

Registration is now open for the 2021 Epilepsy Fall Fest 5K – and it’s free! We are planning on hosting the event in person this fall. We’ll be at Cantigny Park in Wheaton on September 25 and Chicago’s Montrose Harbor on October 9. Participants can also join us virtually and will be eligible for the 5K’s incentives, including a t-shirt for those who raise $50 or more. Click here to register and learn more.
