2019 Blackhawk Family Retreat Weekend

The Camp Blackhawk Family Retreat Weekend is fun for the whole family and FREE! It will be taking place October 4-6, 2019. This is an opportunity for you to come out and see what the kids experience for a week in the summer at our annual Camp Blackhawk in Ingleside, IL. Come enjoy a fun-filled weekend where kids can zipline, rock climb and play in the lake – and you can learn about the opportunity for them to do it for a whole week!

This weekend retreat is open to families with children who have epilepsy. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first served basis. Priority will be given to families in our service area new to Camp Blackhawk. Parents, care givers, and siblings are all welcome.

2019 Women’s Retreat

Join us for a rustic, three day, two night Women’s Retreat – for FREE! We’ll be focusing on health and wellness for women with epilepsy. All lodging, meals and activities are included.

Registration will open on September 27, 2019. Please note: space is limited. Applications will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Additional details:

  • A full-time nurse is available for emergencies only
  • Retreat does not provide transportation, bedding or toiletries. Alternative transportation options are available
  • All meals will be served in the dining hall, located 1/4 mile from main campus
  • Rooms and bathrooms are shared
