Lance Drake

Lance joined the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago as VP of Finance, Operations, and People in July 2025. He has over 20 years of experience working in the Chicago not for profit sector and is thrilled to be a part of the amazing team at EFGC. Mission-driven work and helping clients and communities in need are what motivate and inspire him. Outside of work, Lance is a step father to two amazing humans, Teo and Mayerli, and partners with his amazing better half, Rachel. He is a musician & songwriter and a burgeoning creator of short films and videos. The view of life from a bicycle is the perfect blend of exercise and adventure for him.
