Support groups provide a safe space where those living with epilepsy can come together to share comfort, encouragement, advice and guidance in facing challenges and common experiences.

Group
Meets weekly on Tuesday from 1:00-2:00pm and on Thursday from 11:00 am -12:00 pm. Meets on the first Wednesday of the month from 6:00-7:00 pm-beginning in September.
Wellness for Women/Gender Expansive Support Group
Meets weekly on Tuesdays from
11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Spanish
Loop Group
Meets on the first Monday of each month from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Virtual Teen
Support Group
Meets on the last Saturday of each month from 10:00 – 11:00 am.
Coffee Hour for Men/Gender Expanisive
Support Group
Meets weekly on Tuesdays from
11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Young Adults
Support Group
For ages 18-24 years old. Meets on the first Saturday of the month from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm (beginning in September).
Spanish Caregiver
Support Group
Meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
Caregiver Education Support Group
Meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.
The Golden Age
Support Group
For ages 55 and older. Meets on the
first Friday of each month from
11:00 am – 12:00 pm (beginning in September).
